Hyundai is the fourth best-selling import car in North America behind only Honda, Toyota and Nissan. Hyundai got there by steadily improving its products and delivering great value for the money. The totally new Hyundai Sonata sedan continues Hyundai’s mission with three trim levels priced from $17,895 to $22,895. You’d be hard pressed to find a sedan in this segment that offers more standard features and includes a 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty and 5-yr/60,000-mi basic coverage. Hyundai is set to rise above the competition with the introduction of the new Sonata along with the introduction of several other well built cars and SUVs in the coming months and years.

I purchased my Hyundai Sonata in February of 2006 from Scott Hyundai in El Monte, California. I decided on the LX trim for many reasons. When you combine the heated leather seats, the 235 Horseposer 3.3L V6 Engine and all the extra electronic gizmos that come with the car I saw that it was a great value for the money. My previous car was a 2001 Hyundai Elantra and let me tell you, the Hyundai Sonata is definitely a class above the Elantra in more ways than one.

I'm creating this site to give prospective buyers as much information prior to their purchase as possible. During my auto purchase I found that there were many professional reviews of the Sonata, and 99% of them were positive, but I was hard pressed to find many reviews from normal people using the car as their day-to-day driver. I also found after my purchase that there were some features that I hadn't known about, that aren't written anywhere that I wish I would have known about.
